From August 31 to September 4, 2025, Sanan’s research partner FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg participated in IEEE ECCE Europe in Birmingham, UK. Mr. Thomas Lehmeier, a Research Associate at the Institute of Power Electronics, presented "A Novel Three-Level Soft-Switching Inverter Based on Auxiliary Resonant Pole," introducing a three-level topology that achieves robust zero-voltage switching without dedicated zero-voltage detection and employs a modular structure suitable for high-voltage, high-power-density systems.

ECCE Europe is the flagship conference of the IEEE Power Electronics Society, bringing together researchers and industry leaders to discuss innovations shaping energy, mobility, industry, ICT, and healthcare. In addition to the technical sessions, the event provided valuable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

We look forward to advancing this research and applying the results to energy-efficient, real-world applications.
